Space Planning

At Pars Dental we work closely with our clients to design a surgery that fully maximizes their working space and that staff and patients find the surgery inviting and easy to use.

We firmly believe that a well designed practice can often be directly linked to an increase in overall business performance. This is why, from the early stages of the design, we take the time to understand the needs of the dentist, surgery staff and clients, and work closely in finding the best solution for everyone.

We take long planning and consideration before we suggest any floor plans for your new working space such as:

• building layout /space available
• number of surgeries required
• number of staff
• reception/waiting areas
• consultation areas
• OPG room
• decontamination area
• storage areas for suction and compressor
• staff areas / storage
• disabled access surgeries
• disabled toilets and more

Most importantly we will pay significant attention to the work flow and transition areas within the surgery, making sure that the patient’s experience in your surgery is as pleasurable as possible.

We will analyse your business and see how you work and how the practice could be better suited to your daily tasks and processes. We will then come back to you with a design concept drawn up. After the drawings have been amended and approved, the final part of our design process will be to create a detailed drawing that can be used for planning and the construction of the design.
