Metasys EXCOM Central Suction
The suction power of VAC dry suction motors, combined with an integral air/water separator and two different optional amalgam separator modules are the cornerstones of a central suction system - marked by its flexible and individual structure, high level of user-friendliness, and its unobtrusive yet efficient technology.

Metasys VAC Dry Suction
VAC dry suction systems are equipped with condensate separators to prevent condensation water from forming, and with ventilation filters to reduce the spread of germs. METASYS dry suction systems also have an air flow valve. This protects the motor from overheating, thus ensuring consistently high vacuum. The control box supplied with the appliance can be attached to the suction contacts. A covering hood to fit is available separately in order to reduce the noise level even further.

Metasys Amalgam Separator - Multisystem Type 1
The MST 1 by METASYS is a two-stage single-unit amalgam separator with integrated air/water separator and place selection valve. It is convincing for the demonstrable technical expertise gained from many years of practical experience.
With its modular structure and separation ratio of 98.6% (according to the German DIN standard) achieved by pre-sedimentation and dynamic separation, the MST 1 is a milestone of modern dental technology in services to the environment. The integral self-cleaning function reduces the cost of maintenance to a minimum.

Metasys Amalgam Separator - COMPACT Dynamic
The space-saving COMPACT Dynamic single-unit amalgam separator is notable for its high level of reliability and the fact that it is extremely easy to use and to service.
The dynamic separation process ensures optimum and reliable function even under the heaviest of loads (the formation of foam in the case of prophylactics, air flow, surgical procedures).
The most up-to-date capacitative sensor technology reliably monitors the filling level of the appliance externally. It means that the COMPACT Dynamic has no internal submersible probes requiring regular cleaning. To properly clean and disinfect the appliance all that is needed is to carry out a suction disinfection process following the manufacturer's instructions.
The benefits of the COMPACT Dynamic are compelling:
- the dynamic separation prevents foam fromation inside the appliance, and thus prevents problems with the associated waste products

Metasys Amalgam Separator - ECO II
Straightforward, space-saving yet effective: the ECO II is straightforward in construction and works entirely without electronic control delivering a separation ratio of 99.5%. The entire appliance is replaced after about a year. The ECO II is suitable for anyone looking for an easy-to-maintain, cost-effective alternative to electronically controlled centrifugal systems. The ECO II can serve up to 5 treatment units, and is also available as a module for the EXCOM ZA2 and ZA5 central semi-wet suction systems.
